The BrackettPadMaster 2000 Automatic Tabletop Padder is an automated, padding factory on a tabletop. It transforms loose sheets into instant pads or strips of pads. To make pads drop in sheets of paper and push a button, after simply loading, it's all automatic.
To operate the PadMaster 2000 just push the cycle button or use the optional convenient footswitch. The PadMaster clamps the sheets, self-adjusts to the proper thickness, moves them over a precision hot melt glue applicator and passes through a rapid cooling system. In just three seconds, your pad is done, automatically released by the PadMaster, and ready for delivery to a waiting customer. Upon completion, the carriage returns to its original position, ready once again for loading.
This tabletop padder frees you from messy, time-consuming hand padding; dipping the brush, painting on cement, weighting down (or pressing), returning later to hand slice and trim. The PadMaster 2000 offers instant satisfaction to your customer and instant profit for you. With dramatic labor savings, your margins for padding will soar, adding big time extra benefits to your bottom line.
