The XL series Mounter/Laminator does mounting, mounting/laminating, or laminating only. Can work with materials up to 1 1/2" thick and up to 44" wide. The Mounting Laminator is designed with special controls and features that simplify the mounting/laminating process, making it easy for even a novice operator to get perfect results every time.
The adaptability of the XL 44 increases productivity by enabling the operator to switch from one substrate, film, or board to another without time-consuming set-up or teardown. The unit has preset pressure and speed controls, incremental roller opening adjustments from 0 to 1 1/2" to accommodate almost any substrate and enclosed laminating rollers to conserve energy and provide a safe working environment.
The adjustable heat controller has a temperature range from 200°F to 400°F to allow mounting and laminating for a variety of substrates, laminates, and applications. The XL Pouch Mounter Laminator can be used to protect and mount posters, ink-jet images, and other large-format printed materials, extending their "useful life" and enhancing their appearance and value.
Preset lamination and pressure speed to make the laminator easier to use and eliminate potential problems.
Adjustable position laminating rollers to provide a range of roller openings (from fully closed to 1-1/2", with ten increments in between), to allow lamination of almost any practical substrate up to 1-1/2" in thickness
Enclosed lamination rollers to conserve energy, protect the rollers from accidental damage, and to function as a general safeguard.
Adjustable heat controller to allow lamination with a wide variety of substrates, laminates, and applications (temperatures range from 200 to 400 degrees F)
Pre-cut materials to simplify set-up time and control costs with less waste when feeding materials.
