Heat conductive rubber pads are used to provide even heat to surfaces that might not be perfectly flat, and is our recommendation for imaging porcelain, stone and glass tile, glass cutting boards, and ornaments. Green silicon rubber pads are most commonly used in pressing to porcelain and glass. The 1/16" thickness is recommended for jewelry and porcelain ornaments. 1/8" is perfect for glass cutting boards, tiles and plaques.
DyeTrans™ Pro Spray™ for Ceramic and Fabric Substrates, quite simply the fastest and easiest way for custom imprinters to achieve higher quality, sharper images during the transfer stage of the sublimation transfer process. Great for digital image sublimation to help keep transfers from moving while pressing as well as preventing ghosting and tracking. Your image will be sharp, crisp & clear. The high dispersion nozzle minimizes amount of glue used per transfer and it's CFC free and VOC compliant meeting California's strict regulations for VOC, it doesn't contain environmentally harmful chlorofluorocarbons. Great for use on most substrates including: mugs, glass, mouse pads, neoprene, caps, tee shirts, tiles, etc.
Heat Transfer Tape one of the most used items in an imprinting shop. Securing the transfer to the substrate is one of the most important steps in the sublimation process. Prevents ghosting caused by paper shift. Clear tape is 1/2" x 72 yards with a 3" core and is made in USA.
