Important notes about submitting your Artwork to Spiral:
Office software such as Word, Excel, WordPerfect, PowerPoint and Lotus are NOT suitable for printing production, especially if it is a job that requires color separation
Images taken from the internet are not suitable to use as artwork.
If you have to compress your artwork into an archive, please use WinZip or WinRar for PC and/or Stuffit for Mac.
Terms and Conditions
All the artwork from the customer should be sent to your Spiral sales rep.
E-mailed artwork must be sent along with the following information: Contact Name & Phone Number, Company Name. If this information is not provided, it might result in a delay of your order.
Spiral's Art Department provides a service to set up artwork according to the printing specs of the various custom products offered. We are not a design house which will create logos or provide several layouts for the same job. The customer is responsible for providing a clean copy of all logos and images. This service will be provided for an additional cost that depends on the complexity of the artwork. (See above)
