Q: What if I didn't buy my machine from Spiral and I need technical phone support — Can you still help?
Yes! We service a wide variety of machines and also have access to vendor partner manuals to assist with questions you may have. Give our techs a call at 800-361-3752 ext.1250.
Q: What if I didn't buy the machine from Spiral — is it still eligible for Service Coverage and Support?
A: Probably! Even if you didn't buy a machine from us, we may still be able to offer extended service coverage. Most of the post-print equipment found in today's production departments can be covered with extended coverage packages or one-time service calls. In the rare case that we are not able to assist, we will definitely be able to refer a good alternative.
Q: What is your service coverage area?
A: We have contracted On-Site service technicians nationwide whether a customer is covered under a service agreement or is a under T&M (time & materials) pricing agreement. We service major metropolitan areas and deliver the best service in a timely manner – anywhere in North America.
Q: Spiral doesn't sell this machine. Can you help me find parts?
A: Yes! Spiral has access to hundreds of thousands of parts (even for machines that we don't sell) and we'd love to help you find the part you need. Please fill out the Order Parts form or give us a call at 800-361-3752 ext.1250.
Q: Will I receive confirmation of my order?
A: Yes, after you submit your order, a confirmation of your part order will be e-mailed to you immediately.
Q: How do I track my parts order?
A: Our service department will send you a tracking number as soon as it is available. Once received, you are able to track the package via the shipping service's website.
