The PL-238WF wide format 38" laminator will run all types of thermal laminating films up to 10 mil thick. It is capable of laminating at speeds up to 7 feet per minute and can mount boards up to a 3/16".
The PL 238WF has a warm up time of about 6 minutes, simply turn it on when you need it. It is well suited for applications using heat activated adhesive foam board and running thermal laminating to produce a mounted and laminated piece all done in just one pass. The silcone heated rollers provide superior scratch and stretch free finish. Designed for the ease of operation and superior finish of applications requiring 38" wide format lamination, this is an excellent laminating machine.
The standard PL-238WF includes a stand with casters, and 3" mandrels. Options are available such as: additional mandrels with 1" or 3" cores, slitters and a release liner take up winder for using pressure sensitive films.
