MountCor Pouch boards are 3/16" thick, featuring gloss or matte low melt thermal laminate and an advanced breathable heat activated adhesive. The adhesive works at lower temperatures and lets you run boards up to three times faster then other heat activated pouch boards. The smooth adhesive is also formulated to adhere to more types of paper letting you mount to 'hard to stick to' media.
MountCor offers the lowest bonding temperature of any heat activated board available. Its specially formulated neutral pH adhesive is stable and inert. It aggressively mounts all porous papers and heat sensitive digital prints in dry mount presses or heated roller laminators. This makes it the perfect choice for both long term picture framing and short term sign/display mounting applications.
Each MountCor Pouch board comes with a low melt thermal laminate in either gloss or matte finish. It also has a release liner between the laminate and the MountCor board. This translucent cover sheet has a grid pattern that makes it easier than ever to position images and also protects the adhesive during storage. The permanent adhesive prevents image separation resulting from shipping or storage at high or extended summer temperatures.
MountCor‘s special air release technology ensures a completely bubble-free mounting. It also delivers a flatter result than standard pouch boards that might bow. MountCor Pouch Boards gives you the performance you need with complete confidence, while saving both time and money compared to gater boars or other premium pouch board products.
