This 63" wide format top heat roll laminator is an economocal and powerful solution for your laminating, mounting and board pre-coating project. It is ideal for pressure-sensitive applications. The GFP 563TH-4RS is equipped with Front/Rear Swing-Out Shafts for faster roll changes, 3" Aluminum Quick-Grip shifts for easy loading, motorized rear rewind for roll-to-roll applications, and has a metal alloy heaters that contribute to its rugged design.
The 563TH-4RS offers a Rotary Slitter instead of a sharp razor blade. the Rotary Slitter uses a rotating wheel pressed against a hardened crush roller to cut through the film web. Not only is the Rotary Slitter safer to operate, but it also provides a more precision cut for longer runs without drifting, and creates a “dry” non-sticky edge on adhesive-backed material. For applications that do not require trimming or slitting, simply disengage the slitters or remove the spring-loaded mounting shaft that supports the slitting heads as needed.
The heavy duty industrial design and the high quality metal alloy heater, will provide years of maintenance-free service. Optional motorized rear rewind is available for roll-to-roll applications. Providing 50% faster throughput and quick application changes, the GFP 563TH will save time, effort and money.
