The iJetColor Pro 1175HP is a high-speed, rugged, industrial envelope press that incorporates HP’s PageWide full color thermal inkjet technology. The HP FI-1000 printhead generates full color images using pigment-based durable ink that is fade, scratch, and water resistant.
The iJetColor Pro HP 1175P is a versatile and ideal solution for high-volume print, packaging, and direct mailing operations, who produce short-run, full-bleed variable data jobs. Using a proprietary vacuum conveyer, the iJetColor Pro HP 1175P can print up to 10,285 #10 envelopes per hour.
The HP FI-1000 printhead delivers profitable, water resistant, durable inks at an output rate of up to 18 ips with imaging up to 11.7" wide of full color. This next generation printhead and ink provide savings on consumables of 33-66% over typical inkjet solultions.
The digital workflow front end RIP includes ICC color profiles, built-in color profiles, plus PMS color matching for consistent color on every job. All software and machine controls are pre-loaded on an included computer platform.
