Shipping and Terms
Minimum Order
Orders are subject to a minimum order requirement, not including shipping or sales tax. Orders under the minimum can be placed online, via phone call 800-631-3572 or by emailing info@spiralbinding.com. All orders processed under the minimum will have the difference added onto their order.
Shipping Rates
Spiralbinding.com ships using UPS, FEDEX and various trucking lines. Rates for UPS and Fedex shipments are available online during the checkout process. If your order requires Truck shipment rates can be quoted online and is for dock-to-dock shipments. If special services are required, including (but not limited to) inside delivery, liftgate service, residential delivery, white glove service, etc., then additional shipping and handling fees will apply. A representive will call or email you if any changes need to be made with your freight quote before we ship.
Some larger and fragile items, including foam boards, certain lamination rolls, and Wire-O® spools, are shipped in oversized boxes or require a truck as the shipment method, and therefore, do not qualify for the published UPS/FEDEX shipping rate. A small delivery truck icon indicates most items that require truck shipment, but some items if ordering in large quantities also change from UPS/FEDEX to truck shipments and additional charges may apply. If any charges are different than the published rate online, you will be notified before your order is processed.
Expedited shipping is available including Next Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day Select and even pickup and messenger service is available in certain parts of the country. Please call 800-631-3572 for more information.

International Orders
SpiralBinding.com will gladly ship orders to Canada via UPS Standard Delivery. Be advised that orders shipping outside of the United States may be assessed tax or duty charges. Taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. SpiralBinding.com is not responsible for any of these charges. You can view UPS's Rates for Custom Clearance into Canada or contact your local customs office for more information.

Transit Times
Supply orders are generally shipped the same day as they were placed. With nationwide distribution centers, most domestic orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Equipment orders may take an additional transit time. Contact us at 800-631-3572 with any time-sensitive delivery needs.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. You will be notified no later than the following business day of any back-orders or cancellations.
Sales Taxes
